Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Place on hot grill until juice comes through the top.
  4. Turn and wait until juice comes through the top again.
  5. Take off the grill.
  6. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.

Notes

Reminder:  don't overcook. Bison continues to cook after removing from the heat.
