Bison Pasta Salad
- 1 lb. cooked cork screw noodles
- 1 (8-oz.) can black olives, chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 12 oz. Bison summer sausage, chopped
- 7 T. Parmesan cheese, grated into small pieces
- 1 (16-oz.) Seven Seas Viva Herbs
- 1 bunch broccoli flowerets Spices dressing
- 2 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced
- 8 green onions, chopped
- Combine cooked noodles, broccoli, onions, zucchini, cheese and dressing in dish. Refrigerate overnight.
- Add Bison summer sausage and tomatoes just before serving.
