Corn Bread Bison Pie

  1. In a glass casserole dish, spread refried beans on bottom.
  2. Brown ground Bison
  3. add taco seasoning and spread over beans.
  4. Layer cheese and then green chilli peppers.
  5. Make corn bread substituting juice from Mexi-corn for water or milk.
  6. Use water or milk to complete the amount required if necessary.
  7. Blend corn into batter gently.
  8. Spread over casserole and bake 25° less than corn bread instructions.
