Corned Bison and Cabbage
Yield 3-4 Servings
- 1 head cabbage, quartered
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt, to taste
- 1 lb. corned Bison
- 1/2 tsp. pepper, to taste
- Steam cabbage with salt, pepper and butter for 30 minutes.
- Add corned Bison, heat and serve.
